We make our pastries here in the café! With love, with authentic ingredients rooted in our Guatemalan culture, and without too much sugar. Keep an eye out for rotating pastries from other Latin American chefs in town. We're proud to serve several gluten free and dairy free options.
Ponche Scone
A fruit punch scone, of sorts. Our unique recipe with papaya, pineapple, raisins and mango topped with cinnamon and hibiscus can't be found anywhere else.

A latin-american classic. Two shortbread cookies with dulce de leche in the middle. You can't just have one.

A brownie like chocolate muffin made with real chocolate, espresso and beet puree. Not too sweet but a perfect pairing with your morning cafecito.

Chai-zana Panito
Chai + apples = buttery goodness. We make our chai in house (yum!). Then, we dry out those chai spices, ground them up, and make this delicious earthy muffin mix, with added Colorado crispy apples. Its your morning muffin treat.

Brazilian cheese bread, made by local Brazilian chef Briana with Vovo's. Naturally gluten free and perfectly savory.
